To be honest, it looks like the hardest one is done. Without a tape measure, or being there, it looks like the next 2 below this one are just 90s into their connectors. The one above this one should be a 90 with a matching kick. Not sure what the dilemma is?

 

Everything is really tight and we are hitting conduit with conduit.

1I would move that existing box out so the back is in line with the panel. Then install another pull box in-between that box and the panel, so you only need straight pieces

 

Yeah that can't happen we've already bent all the offsets. Unfortunately this job was not really well thought out. I wanted to take some time and consult a variety of people but unfortunately I was told otherwise and I think this is a great example of poor planning.

 

I have this setup that I need to connect for conduits

The lower two, from the box, 90 into the back two,of the disconnect.
the next two up, put the kick outward on the other half 0f the 90.
bend the pieces first then trim to length.

 

Not sure you have the room, that looks miserable

 

Extend/add a trough so you can use it as a 90* pull box and it will be cheaper.

 

Or put the kos in a line instead of a square on the lower cabinet. Youd have to trim the kicks off your 90s but then you could stack them all.

 

I'm assuming there's a reason for this square KO setup that's hidden inside the lower cabinet. Or the foreman just likes making his life spicier. There is no way you can just trim off the kicks if you did this, those pipes are expensive scrap now.

I like the exhaust pipe idea. I used to have an 80s yamaha xt250 that I used the armor from some liquid tight as the exhaust pipe. Sounded pretty good.

There is no way you can salvage those kicks. On 4" the pipe is heavily deformed maybe 6" past the bend or more (in general, about 1.5x pipe diameter until it's definitely round). You will kill yourself trying to turn that oval cross-section round in a 4", it's nearly impossible at its farthest extent with the largest channellocks available.
Just start over.

 

trying to this with conduit is... . I'd consider wireway with 90s and 45s sections, and panel adapter.

 

That’s the way I’d do it, be looking for wire to pull after first break.

Pardon me if someone has already commented the same thing as I'm posting:

Without the use of assorted LBA's, LL's LR's, it's not going to work. It's too tight.

 

Which would look absolutely horrid. Not sure if OP explained what was going in these conduits, but the can looks a bit undersized as well for that many large conduits. Wireway would have been a much better method for this application if those dimensions were needed. The 6P's come into play here.
